Some types of Power are direct, like a bulldozer pushing dirt. But lots of Power is indirect. A magnet has power over metal without touching it. A lighthouse has power over ships but uses its power from far away.
Students will explore this idea of indirect Power.
Plus, some indirect Power is invisible, like magnetism. Some is visible, like the lighthouse. And often we can "see" Power even if it's invisible and indirect. A magnet's power reveals itself as metal moves towards the magnet, for example.
