Objective
Students will judge with criteria to decide which mythological creature is the winner.
The creatures include:
- Phoenix: A bird that can regenerate itself by bursting into flames and rising from its own ashes.
- Minotaur: A creature with the head and tail of a bull and the body of a man.
- Griffin: A hybrid creature thatโs half lion and half eagle.
- Kraken: A gigantic sea monster that resembles a squid.
- Hydra: A multi-headed serpent that grows two new heads for every one that was cut off.
- Cerberus: A three-headed dog that guards the entrance to the underworld.
- Medusa: A woman with snakes for hair and a gaze that could turn anyone to stone.
- Chimera: A fire-breathing monster with the head of a lion, the body of a goat, and the tail of a serpent.
