“Byrdseed.TV is one of the best investments I have made for our program.” ~ a gifted coordinator in California

Grade 4 · Module 1

Here’s one example of a ready-made grade-level plan. A teacher can open this page, choose an activity, and get started without searching through a library.

Grade 4 would begin with Order and Chaos plus Student Introductions. These seven activities mix big ideas, writing, math, games, and discussion. Select any activity to open a preview.

Theme: Order and Chaos

The Order (and Chaos) of Me Students map the roles, patterns, rules, and hard choices that shape their lives. Introducing Order and Chaos Students sort written and unwritten rules, then ask where order comes from.

English Language Arts

Creating a Classroom Motto The class turns examples of great behavior into one sentence everyone can use. Story Starter: Somewhere in Space Students use 12 random phrases to write a story set in space.

Math

Factors and Codes 1 Students use factors to encode and decode words.

Enrichment

Gomoku Students play five-in-a-row on a 15×15 board, with one twist: six does not count. The Resiliency Tournament Students set criteria, build a bracket, and argue who showed the most resilience.

This is one module from the Byrdseed.TV Grades 2–6 program. Each activity above opens as a public preview.
