How do you know, when you’re walking through a class, whether the students are receiving appropriate work?

  1. Read about at least one of [these best-practices](https://www.nagc.org/resources-publications/gifted-education-practices) in gifted education.
  2. Print the [Brief Observation Form](https://www.byrdseed.tv/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Brief_Observation_Form.pdf). Compare this form to the one you are currently using. Specifically, note the integration of differentiation practices into the form.
