Objective
A high level of thinking also requires the support of thoughtful scaffolding.
We don't want to stay at the low levels of thinking, but we can't just jump straight to the top. Bloom's Taxonomy is like a ladder, with each step supporting the next step.
- Remember and Understand lead to Analysis.
- Analysis naturally leads to Evaluation.
- Once we Evaluate, we can Synthesize, developing a new, better idea.
