How do you know, when you’re walking through a class, whether the students are receiving appropriate work?

- Print the Brief Observation Form. Compare this form to the one you are currently using. Specifically, note the integration of differentiation practices into the form.
- Conduct at least three brief observations using the form. If you have a required form for your campus or district, simply fill them both out. This is ideal, as it can give you a strong impression of the difference between them with regard to gifted strategies.
- Conduct the follow-ups of the observations using this to guide you.
