Objective
Understand several personality dimensions and how they can cause conflict between students (and teachers!).
The Meyers-Briggs Type Indicators, while by no means a perfect way of describing one's personality, can broaden our understanding of how different students can prefer different environments, ways of working, assignments, and interactions.

- How do you recharge? Being around people or being alone?
- How do you reach a solution? With lots of data or with intuition?
- Do you like to plan and plan and plan… or just kinda improvise?
- Do you make decisions with logic or with emotion?
- Combine all four traits to reach a personality type.
