Objective
Students will determine if all perfect squares can be written as the sum of two primes.
In this video, students will investigate a relationship between prime numbers and perfect squares. There is a pattern that perfect squares can be written as the sum of two primes:
- 4 = 2 + 2
- 9 = 7 + 2
- 16 = 11 + 5 or 13 + 3
- 100 = 97 + 3
