Objective

Students will work with primes and perfect squares to investigate Legendre's Conjecture.

In this mathematical curiosity, we’ll explore a pattern discovered by Legendre: between every perfect square, we seem to always find at least one prime number. Is this always true? Mathematicians believe so, yet haven’t been able to prove it!
