The Curse of Knowledge states that, once we know something, we can no longer think from the point of view of someone who doesn't know that information. This is possibly the biggest challenge that teachers face: how do we, as experts, communicate information to beginners? In this series, we look at how constant checks for understanding help to battle The Curse.
