Objective
Students will add one letter at each step to form new words.
My motto is always: "interesting" is more fun than perfectly correct. If a student has an unexpected idea, let them run with it!
Original idea found in Herbert Kohl's A Book Of Puzzlements from 1981.
Steps
- Students build on my Word Pyramid starting points.
- I ask students to find lots of two-letter words before moving on to the specific Word Pyramid challenges.
